岗位职责：

根据产品特点，制定和规划产品生产工艺路线并编制和改善相关的工艺指导文件和物料清单
The development and planning of the production process route based on product characteristics, and relevant to the preparation process guidance document and bill of materials
负责新品试生产方案的推动
Responsible for pilot production program of preparation
负责生产过程中问题的分析和解决，并对关键工艺生产人员给予培训和指导
Analyze and solve problems in the production process, and critical process production staff to be given training and guidance
负责对生产过程中所产生的质量及安全风险予以评估，并对高风险的项目制定改进和预防措施
Responsible for the quality and safety risks in the production process to be assessed, and the high risk of the project is to develop improved and precautions
负责新工艺设备的工艺参数需求的确认，并制定验证方案
Responsible for the confirmation of the new process equipment, process parameters needs, and to develop a verification program.
跟踪生产工艺过程，不断提高和改进生产工艺能力
Tracking the production process, and continue to enhance and improve the capacity of the production process.
确定、优化工时定额，对组装线的质量问题、工艺问题、技术问题等影响效率的各项进行原因分析并落实解决；
Define the norm of working hours. Analyze and take action for quality, process issue, technical issue etc.of assembly line;
对工装夹具的设计、制作、改进及维护；
Design, manufacture, improve and maintain the tools and fixtures needed in production
监督操作工工艺纪律执行情况,并不断改善工艺，
Supervise operator WI implementation and continuous improvement process
完成上级领导交办的其他工作
Finish other works from Manager

岗位要求：

机电、工业工程等相关专业
Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering or related majors
3年以上组装线装配工艺经验
Above 3 years assembly process experience
熟悉机加工，钣金，PCBA, 组装等制造工艺
Familiar with machining, sheet metal and manufacturing processes such as injection molding
熟练掌握AutoCAD, MS等常用软件Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS software.
熟练运用Lean,FMEA, PPAP,SPC等工具Proficient Lean, FMEA, PPAP,SPC tools
较好的英语听说读写能力 Good English communication
有较强的沟通与协调能力；Good communication skill and coordinate ability
