Job Description:
1、Lead new projects from other business unit, headquarter, internal project as team leader.
2、New project standard calculation and AR application, establish project team to assign tasks and make project schedules and follow budget control and investment monitor
3、Design the overall layout of the workshop and various facilities
4、Define manufacturing process and evaluate equipment with TE
5、Material preparation for sample building and production realization before mass production
6、Work out all SOP documents according to APQP requirement
7、Monitor capacity trends and ensure balance corporation and customers
8、Products and process knowledge training, lead team to improve process performance(scrap, efficiency, line balance, SC, quality )
9、Support sourcing team for localization, PMC for stock control, quality team for internal or customer complian

Qualification:
1、College or Bachelor degree in Industry Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related major
2、At least 2 years manufacturing experience in industry production or management
3、Familiar with connector or cable assembly
4、Good communication skills, teamwork
5、Good English skill
