Target of Position

· Consistent implementation of the requirements at external suppliers

· Managing and monitoring the efficient management of advanced quality planning projects at external suppliers

Task Goals

· Quality project monitoring of the supplier till to the start of serial production (SOP);
Interface between Project STA / Plant Quality / Purchasing / Project management / suppliers;
Performs and monitors progress APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) of the project;
Analyzed and processed the product-specific quality problems during development;
Performs Production part approval process (PPAP / VDA 2)

· technical supplier development

· Monitoring of quality key figures of supplier - support for the concerned TK-PC plant in case of quality issues.

·Support the project manager from the prototype- to serial production phase

·Conduct process readiness audits at the suppliers (Run @Rate)

·Execution of validation of complaints (8D-process)

·Implementation of Task Force activities at suppliers

·The tasks are usually defined in the context of sectoral requirements and based on the customer and quality documents.

·The job holder has in the context of the tasks assigned the full empowerment (implementation of the APQP process, conducting process readiness audits, determination and monitoring of defined corrective actions).

·The required tasks are to be solved independently, under the general regulations and standards and their own objective.

·Supervision by superiors and success by superiors and by involved departments

Profile of Qualification / Professional Competence

·Expert in forging (hot and cold) processing

·Adequate knowledge, expertise and professional experience

·Knowledge in project management

·Experience in the application for Quality core tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, VDA volumes, CQI-9, etc.)

·Cinese and English spoken and written (busines fluent), other languages an advantage

· Interest in working in a multicultural environment

· Willingness to travel (approx. 80%)
