Working Task(details)工作描述:

· Collect transportation and custom clearance documentations (Packing Lists, Performa Invoice, Certifications, etc.) and work with

Forwarders and customs clearance agency to handle the import issues.

收集货运和报清关所需文件，并配合货运公司及报关代理公司处理设备进口事宜。

· Manage the Fixed Assets purchasing documentations. (SSIS,SAP orders, Commercial condition contracts, Tech agreements, Negotiation protocols, CSC meeting documents and meeting minutes, etc)

报关相关文件日常管理

· Fixed Assets supplier management : Database update and maintenance, Supplier relationship maintain

海外固定资产供应商管理：供应商数据库更新和维护，供应商关系维系。

· Be responsible for import and export forwarder selection and evaluation, transport cost and performance optimization .

负责进出口物流公司的选择与评估,对运费及绩效进行优化。

· Be responsible for raw material import and product export, insurance declaration, process trading handbook management

负责原材料进口及产品出口过程，保险申报，加工贸易货物手册管理。

· Be responsible for warehouse planning including storage capacity, equipment and human resource.

负责库房规划，包括存储能力，设备设施及人员需求。

· Be responsible for internal logistic planning, including material flow process, storage location on site and handling unit.

负责内部物流规划，包括材料流转过程，现场存储库位及包装单元大小。

· To evaluate and optimize supplier's package and cost

评价及优化供应商的包装及包装费用。

· Be responsible for internal packaging and equipment plan and make work instruction for packaging

负责内部包装及器具规划,以及制定包装作业指导书。

· Be responsible for customer packaging planning including material, concept design, evaluation and make work instruction for packaging.

负责客户包装规划，包括包装材料的选用，包装概念设计,评估以及制定包装作业指导书。

· Other tasks assigned by manager
其他由经理布置的工作。

Additional Working Tasks during Startup Phase 在启动阶段额外的工作描述:

· Manage and maintain the demand of Customers by SAP;
使用SAP管理并维护客户需求；

· Making the weekly delivery plan and production plan;
编制发运计划和生产计划;

· Watching production plan status, adjust production plan on time, so that production continues smoothly;
监控生产计划完成情况，协调平横生产进行;

· Estimate material status of all suppliers, while doing the material resource planning;
制定物料需求计划，并评估供应商供货能力;

· Clarify deliveries and component-pipeline status of local suppliers and international suppliers;
跟踪供应商的供货状态；

· Ensure reasonable and qualified stock level of materials and products;
确保合理高质量的库存水平

Maintain the master data in SAP related to MRP, BOM, safety stock and so on, ensure SAP Running well;
维护SAP中MRP，BOM，安全库存等主数据，确保SAP正常准确运转；

Qualification & Capability Requirements ( to defined correctly) 能力及素质要求:

· Bachelor degree in Trading, Business, Logistics or related studies

拥有贸易，商务，物流以及相关专业的本科学位

· Experiences in office doing import & export transport organizing work and customs clearance for materials and/or machines and equipment

具有进出口运输的操作经验和熟悉原材，设备以及零配件的报关程序

· Additional experience in office doing production plan, materials disposition issues, etc. desirable

最好拥有撰写生产计划，物料调配相关的经验

· Experience of automobile or Mechanical industry is preferred

拥有汽车和机械行业的工作经验者优先

· English fluent both in written and oral；
流利的英语口语和书写能力；

· Ability to analysis and resolve problem under complex background information
具备在复杂背景信息情况下分析解决问题的能力；

· Ability to manage the daily jobs under stress；
能够在压力下处理好日常工作；

· Proficiency in MS Office applications, Lotus Notes experience is preferred

精通MS Office 应用软件和Lotus Notes者优先
