Working Task (details) 工作描述:

· Coordination of pre-series production and support of series production (timing plan, drawing management, material & component acquisition, reservation of production lines, releases, transports, customer delivery dates)

· Preparation of Sample-Folders (Mustermappen) and ensuring that pre-series and sample-productions are conducted according to the specifications

· Operative coordination center during startup phase of a project

· Support of the project manager during all productions and investigations which are conducted on-site

· Coordination of on-site tests and investigations

· Participation in the product development team

· Share responsibility for the product management in PLM

· Maintain contact to key suppliers according to the project manager’s definition

· Change management:

- Receive change requests during series production at VTC

- Record the change request into change data base and coordinate with the responsible series project manager or project manager to support the implementation

- For global projects, coordinate with global change management and global development manager

- Regular change management meeting to follow up the project implementation progress

- Record the change result in change database, inform the change applicant, and close the change in database

Contribute to the continuous improvement of the company

Qualification & Capability Requirements (to defined correctly) 能力及素质要求:

· Bachelor degree of engineering;

· At least 1 year working experience in automotive industry;

· Strong communication skills, team work and motivation ability;

· Able to manage the daily work and track schedule well under stress;

· English fluent both in written and oral;

Good computer skills, ability to work with MS-Office tools and some TK-Presta software tools.
