Target of the position岗位目标:

·Establish and improve the processes related with this post according to the requirements of ISO/TS16949,

ISO14001, OHSAS18001 standards and Headquarters;

根据ISO/TS16949、ISO14001、OHSAS18001标准和总部的要求，建立并改进与本岗位相关的工作流程；

·Implement and ensure in line with Management System;

在职责范围内，严格按照管理体系的要求执行；

·Efficient management of process flow ;

高效的管理工艺流程；

·Satisfy production line process requirement ；

满足生产线工艺需求；

Responsibility Scope职责范围:

· Manage responsible production line process；

管理职责范围内生产线工艺；

· Responsible for technical document and drawing management；

负责技术文件及图纸的管理;

· Responsible for training operator skill；

操作人员技能培训;

·Tooling and production consumable material definition and management；

工装以及生产性消耗品的定义管理。

·Continuous improvement of systems, processes and products

持续改进体系，工艺过程和产品；

· Responsible for daily process problem solving and machine trouble shooting supporting;

负责解决日常的工艺技术引起的问题，支持维修人员合作解决设备问题；

Working Task(details)工作描述:

·Finish the new product setting according to the plan；

根据计划完成新产品的调试工作，及批量产品在其它设备上的初次调试;

·Analyze the root cause of the daily process problem and take action to solve the problem in time to ensue the production；

对于每天发生的工艺技术问题分析原因及时解决确保生产顺利进行;

·Weekly monthly analysis the production data to find the root cause of scrap, efficiency, down time, cost, defined the action and carry out；

每周，每月对于废弃，效率，停机，成本等和技术相关的TOP问题的根本原因进行分析制定措施并实施；

· Analysis the root cause of customer complaint defined the action and carry out；

分析顾客抱怨产生的根本原因，制定及实施措施;

·Monthly statistics the machine cycle time and analysis the difference defined the action and carry out the action.

每月统计分析设备的生产节拍，针对差异分析措施并实施

·Manage the technical document and update in time；

整理收集技术文件，并及时更新；

·Test new supplier and new specification of grinding wheel, make the relative analysis, to make the use of grinding wheel variety;

测试新供应商以及新结合剂的砂轮，并分析得出工艺试验结果，达到砂轮可用的多样性;

·Create the working instruction and train the operator about setup and machine setting, to ensure all the operator work with right way;

制定操作指导书并对操作者进行培训，保证操作人员按标准流程进行换型及调整的工作；

· Saving the cost through improve the cycle time, tools and consumable material consumption, energy consumption, and capacity；

通过技术改进（节拍，消耗材料，能源消耗，过程能力）节约成本；

·Production data statistic and analyse(cmk ,cpk and so on),then give the feedback to quality department to change control plan and FEMA；

生产数据的统计分析（新设备的cmk数据分析，批产设备的季度cpk分析），把设备的最新状态反馈给质量部，以此作为控制计划以及FEMA的更改基础

·Coordinate with maintenance about the machine fault and reduce downtime；

辅助维修部门维修设备，降低设备停机时间；

Qualification & Capability Requirements ( to defined correctly) 能力及素质要求:

·(Education/age) Bachelor degree on Engineer in mechanics；

教育背景: 本科以上学历，机械等相关专业;

·(Professional experiences) More than three years process engineering experience related to grinding process；

专业背景：至少三年以上磨削经验;

·(Preferred industries if necessary) Knowledge in the field of auto industry preferred；

行业要求：汽车行业优先;

·(Foreign languages and level) English fluent both in written and oral；

语言要求：流利的英语听说读写能力；

·(Social capabilities and working altitude) Ability to work in team, Initiative and engaged in the job, Very strong communication skills, Ability to manage the daily jobs under stress；

工作态度：团队工作能力,，积极主动参与工作，突出的沟通技巧，能在压力下管理好日常工作；
