工作内容：
1.根据集团发展战略制定事业部战略发展规划，制订事业部的差导化的定位和盈利模式；
2.制订事业部的经营方针、经营目标、经营计划，分解到各部门并组织实施；
3.制订兼顾集团要求及事业部业务特点的公司管理制度及作业流程；
4.协调事业部内外部资源，确保公司发展规划得以有效实施；
5.推进以集团价值观为核心的企业文化建设；
6.负责各部门关键岗位的团队建设工作，选择、培养储备人才，建立干部梯队，满足公司长期稳定发展的需要；
7.负责审核事业部经营费用支出；
8.处理事业部重大突发事件。
任职资格：
1.本科以上学历， 15年以上的纺织服装业的工作经验；
2.至少有3年以上的知名上市公司或跨国公司的同岗位的工作经验；
3.精通制造业经营管理，熟悉精益管理、流程再造、全面设备管理等现代化的产运营管理工具；
4.良好的沟通交流能力和职业操守；
5.良好的战略规划能力、创新能力、决策能力、影响能力、；
