客户订单处理专员
Your duties:
工作内容：
- Processing of incoming sales orders and scheduling agreements (maintaining EDI monitor, etc.)
- 销售订单处理（维护EDI等）
- Processing and checking order confirmations
- 和客户进行订单确认
- Follow up of deadlines and monitoring of order dates
- 跟进订单进程
- Dispatch release and monitoring of in-time dispatch
- 确保按期交付
- Maintenance of SOP-Process
- SOP程序维护
- Handling of customer complaints
- 处理客户投诉
- Communication and Correspondence with customers as well as customer contacts
- 与客户联系人沟通并能及时反馈信息
- Support of Dispatch processes
- 发货进程的全程支持
- Supervise the finished goods inventory in the third-party warehouse.
- 监督第三方仓库的合理成品库存

Our requirements:
资质要求：
- Bachelor degree or equivalent above.
- 大学本科或同等及以上学历。
- At least 3 years professional experience in Logistics, Customer Services or Customer order handling.
- 至少拥有三年物流、客户服务或客户订单管理的工作经验。
- Profound knowledge of SAP and MS Office.
- 精通SAP和MS Office系统。
- In addition to a written and spoken command of Chinese, English is must.
- 具有良好的中、英文口头与书面表达能力。
- Good team player and able to handle work independently.
- 具有良好的团队合作精神和独立处理工作的能力。
- Self initiative and able to follow up assignment in details.
- 具备工作主动性以及跟进任务细节的能力。
