In China we have a manufacturing location in Changzhou JiangSu province and a commercial office in Shanghai. In Changzhou we have our own Machining, Sheet Metal, Electrics and Assembly manufacturing. The products assembled and produced in Changzhou are being sold successfully to domestic and global markets.
In China, there are more than 1000 highly skilled employees with many kinds of specialties such as Textile Technology, Commercial, design and Manufacturing.
IT Service Desk Engineer
Duties and Responsibilities:
- New employee assignment in SAP in time, o-chart application and updating in SAP
- Provide first level support to company employee who located at region Greater China, regarding IT problem or customer request of company IT system.
- IT desktop management support, include PC, phone and tablet.
- Proactive engage with Service Desk from other region of company, to optimize process and tools.
- Provide accumulated statistic analysis to other function group of IT, point out the direction for improvements.
- IT touch service / field service to end user
- 1st level user support (Windows, Office, Lotus Notes and other company applications.
- Perform IT related training to End-users.
- Telephone/Network management, keep the cabling tidy and clean
- Maintenance of computers, printers, fax machine and so on.
- Record the consumable materials costs and submit to IT manager
- User Management on Windows server with ADS environment
- Setup computers for users
- Other IT administrative jobs
- Collaborate with other function group of IT, like system engineering, SAP and etc.
- Support IT projects when necessary
Qualification:
The ideal candidate is likely to have the following competences:
- College degree relate to computer science and technology
- At least 1 year IT hardware related working experience.
- Call center or customer support experience and IT helpdesk related working experience will be preferable
- Fluent in spoken and written English

Rieter Textile (Shanghai) Co. Ltd is a wholly owned production subsidiary of Rieter Textile Division. It locates in the Hongqiao Development zone in Shanghai.
Rieter Changzhou Textile Instruments Co., Ltd (Rieter Changzhou) is a wholly owned production subsidiary of Rieter Textile Division with total investment of 93,000,000 Euro. We have our own Machining, Sheet Metal, Electrics and Assembly departments. The products assembled and produced in changzhou sold successfully to domestic and global markets. In 2008, Rieter Changzhou invested more than RMB35,000,000 to buy a new land which is 116,000 m2 for the enlargement of portfolio and the first phase have finished at the end of 2011.
