Main responsibilities
?During the quotation phase, define the concept of the packaging for supplier quote.
?During project phase Create the technical and functional specifications for fixtures, such as assembly equipments, bonding fixture, milling fixture, WIP, dedurring fixture, cooling, paint jigs, and packaging…
?Lead design reviews to validate the technical proposals from the fixture and package suppliers before kick-off.
?Work with Purchasing team to ensure strict tracking of the suppliers during the building phase of the fixtures and package.
?Support the tuning phase of the process fixtures and packaging.
?During production, lead improvement activities to increase efficiency, reliability and cost reduction by applying the fixtures and packaging..
?Design the detail 3D and drawings for the fixtures and packaging if made in-house and help trail workshop to build the fixture or package..
