岗位职责：
1、根据公司发展战略，拟定公司中远期研发计划，把握研发方向；
2、指导并监督研发部门执行公司研发战略和年度研发计划；
3、控制产品开发进度，调整计划；
4、组建优秀的产品研发团队，审核及培训考核有关技术人员。
任职资格：
1.本科以上学历， 10年以上的棉纺企业的工作经验；
2.至少有3年以上的知名上市公司或跨国公司的同岗位的工作经验；
3.良好的沟通交流能力和职业操守；
4.良好的创新能力、决策能力、影响能力；
