岗位职责：
1. 了解业务策略和业务活动，建立并推动实施集团学习管理体系和核心人才培养发展体系，负责人才梯队建设
2. 负责关键人才的识别和培养指导接班人培养计划的制定及实施
3. 设计并开发合理的培训项目，提升企业的业务发展能力，使培训发展满足企业战略发展的需求
4. 制定集团学习发展工作规划并推动其实施，管理培训资源
5. 推动学习型组织和内部知识管理、共享机制的建设和实施，负责内部课程开发和培养内部讲师，并发掘外部培训资源
6. 根据企业逐步发展需求，建立E-learning培训体系并推动实施
7. 建立和实施集团新员工、新管理人员及相关专业能力培训管理
8. 收集和分析集团培训需求，策划与实施集团重点的学习活动和培训项目
9. 分析和报告集团培训业务数据和反馈信息
10. 指导支持下属子公司的学习培训工作
11. 指导下属子公司建立完善的培训发展制度并推动其实施
12. 为下属子公司人力资源人员提供关于培训发展方面的培训，提升他们的专业知识和业务能力
13. 主管交代的其他工作任务
任职资格：
1. 认同企业文化，敬业和自我激励；
2. 熟悉培训体系的搭建，具有丰富的培训学习与人才发展管理经验；
3. 具备良好的口头和书面表达能力、沟通协调和组织能力，以及计算机办公能力；
4. 本科或以上学历，8年以上知名公司培训管理及组织实施经验，有过成功的搭建培训体系、课程开发、授课与大型培训的组织经历；
5. 有良好的英语口头和书面表达能力。
