Responsibilities：

Aligning with project plan (NPI project & New developing project), involve in corresponding tests which may include impulse test, burst test , design verification test and so on.
Make R&D prototypes based on project needs.
Implement test activities with documented files.
Assist Lab leader in R&D lab management including Lab order management and prototype management.
Maintain R&D prototypes.
Follow up and perform lab test order.
Help RD engineer on Lab order test result analysis, and prepare the result report.
Other tasks assigned by Product Development Manager.

Technical/Professional Training & Qualification 　
Organize and prioritize experimental work based on timelines and objectives outlined by RD manager
Document and report laboratory work
Knowledge and skill in engineering documentation procedures, be familiar with SAE test standard
Depth of knowledge of design controls, risk management, SOPs, TS16949 etc., principles and proven skill in integrating into project environment.
MS Office applications.

Educational Requirement ：　　
Above diploma in engineering, majoring in mechanical, electronic or related subjects.
Fluent in Mandarin and able to read & write English

Experience Required ：　　
Working experience in R&D lab. Preferred to have fluid power equipment background, or a closely related industry
is required.
