某500强公司因业务发展需要，招聘亚太培训经理一名：

1.Responsible for working with the Innovation Process Team in training, facilitating and optimizing the processes needed to create a sustainable innovation program and culture within PPL Asia.
2. Responsible for the developing and delivering all technical trainings for PPL Asia, to enhance the employees' technical capability.

Time %
50% 1. Innovation training and facilitation.
1)Develop with Director of Innovation Processes and Innovation Process Managers processes and tools most effective for promoting innovation within PPL Asia
2)Determine innovation needs of strategic business units of PPL Asia and facilitate training of innovation tools and their application through pilots and projects.
3)Train, facilitate & coach PPL personnel in innovation processes such as Business Challenge Innovative Thinking and Customer Engagement
4)Work with the Management Team to countinuosly improve the innovation tools, training and application.
5)Train & facilitate innovation processes with SOA and SBU Innovation teams
6) Identify critical roadblocks to the program and assit the Director to eliminate them
7) Work with the PPL Innovation Council to integrate innovation processes into the business units. .
8)Track suite of metrics to monitor the progress of the program
9)Report monthly on the activity
10) Continuously receive feedback from the SOA/SBU's on the program and recommend actions to modify processes for regional differences.

50% 2. Technical training and facilitation.
1) Identify the suitable technical training courses and models (face to face training, eLearning, etc) for the new employees, based on the input of all business head of PPL Asia.
2) Plan and coordinate all the technical trainings.
3) Develop the technical training materials.
4) Deliver and facilitate the technical training.
5) Set up and develop the internal trainer pool for the technical trainings.
6) Get feedback from the business site, to improve the effeciency and effectiveness of the technical training continuously.

职位要求： "1. Bachelor or above degree.
"
2. Strong technical background, especially in Polymeric Materials or Mechanical Engineering, or sales, marketing, R&D
3. Good training delivering or facilitating skills.
4. Good interpersonal skills.
5. "Out of the box" thinker
6. More than 5 years experiences in the technical counsultant field as the trainer is preferred.
7. Quick learner.
8. Excellent oral and written English.
9. Knowledge and use of innovation tools is preferred
