职位描述
职位信息： Responsibilities:
1. When communicating quality problems with customer, he/she is representing the company, diplomatic sense is required especially when the problem is still not clear yet.
2. Verify and test the rejects from customer assembly line/warranty and inform the related quality engineer.
3. On-line support new project PTR for MM technical Dept, and later SOP launch.
4. Coordinate the repair or rework activities to MM parts on customer site, hands-on repair/rework on customer line is required if necessary.
5. Monthly report the field returns and 0 km rejects with detail problem description and parts information.
6. Provide technical support and training for customer regarding MM components application if necessary.
7. Coordinate the solution for quality problem to the customer.
8. Feedback any customer voice to lead customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
9. Negotiate the warranty responsibility rate and cost with customer.
10. Other tasks as assigned by the Customer Service Supervisor.
职位要求： Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or Auto Engineering
2. 3 years working experience in auto components manufacturing industry or relevant mechanical/electronic manufacturing industry.
3. Be able to read engineering drawing as well as GD&T.
4. Be familiar with EMS system performance and general failure model analysis.
5. Be knowledgeable in problem solving process
6. Good English both in written and oral.
