职位描述
Purpose of position: (Overall contribution to corporate goals):
Support and backup for local Fulfillment Management – Product Care group
Development representative for electric tools (BA ET&A) produced in P88
Core Accountabilities: (6-8 Accountabilities which form the core responsibilies of the position):
· engineering support and activity steering for products in P88 mass production to improve product quality, prevent or solve production stops and to qualify cost saving measures
· communication pivot for P88, development / product care ET&A and quality departments in P88 and headquarters
· safeguarding of product availability with check and release of deviation requests (concessions) in tight
cooperation with Product Care ET&A
· design or redesign of components and maintenance of specifications and bill of materials
Minimum Experience & Qualifications:
· Bachelor degree of mechanical eng. / science (shuoshi) or similar education, equivalent job experience, master is preferred
· Experience in design and specifications of mechanical components and product development processes
· Basic language skills in English and good communication skills in Chinese
· Clear understanding of internal network and business model
