Responsibilities:
1.Prepare and submit monthly VAT filing and Export VAT refund filing to tax authority on time and ensure the tax return matches to SAP system.
2.Prepare and submit quarterly and annual CIT filing to tax authority on time.
3.Prepare and submit other tax return to tax authority on time.
4.Timely Obtain fresh Tax regulations and update changes in Tax law and Tax rule to the Manager.
5.Verify and process the customs duty and handling charges.
6.Handle Inter-Co. balance reconciliation on time. Ensure month-end and year-end inter-company balances are reconciled.
7.Follow up the contract management policy and monitor the contract filling status
8.Other tasks as assigned by Account Manager.
Requirements:
1.College degree or above of Finance or Accounting
2.At least 3 years relevant working experience in foreign invested manufacturing company and at least 1 year working experience on tax
3.Must have the accountant qualification certificate.
4.Familiar with ERP systems, SAP experience will be preferred.
5.Familiar with Accounting rules and tax law
6.Good computer skills with basic MS Office applications required.
7.Good communication skills
8.Positive attitude, teamwork and self-motivation are essential.
