Responsibilities:
1.Manage petty cash including cash advance, employee expense claim reimbursement, etc., and maintain cash register on time.
2.Prepare and process daily bank payments and monthly mass payments to vendors accurately and timely according to payment term.
3.Maintain log book for bank draft from customers and related banking functions timely.
4.Handle foreign currency declaring and ensure it is on time and based on SAFE rules.
5.Maintain proper filing and vouches documentation on time.
6.Other tasks as assigned by Manager.
Requirements:
1.College degree or above of Finance or Accounting
2.At least 1 years relevant working experience in foreign invested manufacturing company.
3.Accountant qualification certificate is required.
4.Familiar with ERP systems, SAP experience will be preferred.
5.Self-motivated, Positive attitude, Patient and good team work spirit, Willing to learn, Good computer skills with basic MS Office applications required.
