Responsibilities:
1.Plan and organize manufacturing programs in line with production departmental objective
2.Supervise and responsible for the production shop floor activities including production standards, shop floor planning and managing resources to achieve optimum quality, cost and services.
3. Maintaining production department efficiency and HSE compliances.
4.Develop and lead in root cause analysis for all process and quality problems
5.Initiate continuous improvement programs in quality, process, costs reduction and plant efficiency 6.Ensure that production comply with ISO 9001, TS 16949, OHSAS 18000, ISO14000 and HSE standards & SAQ requirements
7.Lead, train and motivate the subordinate to achieve the production targets and the morale of the staff 8.Assign daily work schedule and lead team leaders to optimize workforce to deliver daily production objectives
9.Establish and maintain a consistent high standard of operating practices particularly on hazardous chemical safety aspects of the operations and base on TRACC best practices
Requirements:
1.University degree education with Science or Chemistry background of Diploma in Chemical process 2.Minimum 3 years working experience in the paint, ink or chemical industry
3.Good understanding of the basic principles in paint and ISO/TS standard
4.Ability to lead and motivate the subordinate
5.Strong leadership and good team working skill
6.Strong English skill in reading, writing and speaking
7.PC Skills (Microsoft - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
