Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for all import/export operations of RPM and NPR goods in SUZ site and ensure all activities of these operations in line with China government laws, policy and company policy.
2.Build and maintain the good communication channel with Customs and China Certification Inspection Quarantine to get the updated rule of law and relative information.
3.Work together with purchasing specialists and suppliers (forwarders) to ensure the ordered imported RPM or imported NPR goods delivered in right place and right time.
4.Work together with the relative applicants and suppliers (forwarders) to ensure the consigned exported goods are shipped to the right place and in right time.
5.Verify the relative operation cost of forwarders and relative duty fee against the contract, work together with Finance dept. to ensure the payment will be transacted on time.
6.Work together with the forwarders and warehouse dept. on issues relating to goods receipt.
7.Carry out the work process improvement within the supply function, as planned and agreed together with the Supply Manager, in the drive towards continuous improvement.
Requirements:
1.Degree with business administration or other relative fields
2.Minimum 2 years experience in custom clearance and China Certification Inspection Quarantine areas 3.Familiar with SAP system
4.Customs declaration certificate holder
5.Preferably CCIQ certificate holder.
