1.) Plan and monitor Sterilization schedule, coordinate with local and sterilizer to meet the delivery schedule. Prepare weekly and monthly schedule of product shipment for sterilization and coordinate with Sterilizer to meet delivery schedule.

计划和跟踪产品灭菌进度，协调本地和灭菌供应商达到出货计划。安排每周和月度的灭菌产品出货计划并和灭菌供应商协调达到出货安排的要求

2.) Arrange documents for export shipment and inform customer the shipment status, and closely coordinate with customer on the shipment status.

准备出货文件并和客户沟通进度，全程跟踪并和客户沟通出货进度

3.) Arrange custom documents with logistics Agent (which include sending of LOA -Letter of Authorization) and coordinates with Sterilizer to ensure there is no delay during the transfer of goods.

和物流代理安排报关文件并和灭菌供应商协调确保出货没有延误

4.) To ensure Sterilizer’s warehouse personnel will send the Packing list (with company stamp, signed with date) after unloading of goods. Once received the signed Packing list, required to do GRN (Good Receipt Note in the system).

确保灭菌供应商的仓库人员收到待灭菌产品后，及时提供盖章并签署收货日期的包装清单。根据签署的包装清单要求仓库做相应的系统收货

5.) Monitor sterilization release of FG and ensure the release as scheduled followed by invoicing to Customer. ( FMT/ customer) . Once created Tax invoice, e-mail to customer with the shipping summary and courier all the Original Tax Invoice, Debit Note and Credit note to customer End of every month

跟踪产品灭菌进度，根据发货安排运出灭菌产品后开发票给客户或法福来。开出税务发票后，把对应的出货明细清单电邮给客户。每个月底前把本月的出货税务发票原件和付款通知原件快递给客户

6.) To submit Non-Sterilized Goods Report to Accounts Dept. every end-of the month.

每个月底前提交未灭菌货物报告给财务部门

7.) Update Sterilize and Non-Sterilize Report , matching of Sterilizer and Logistics and Transporter invoice.

更新灭菌和未灭菌产品报告，并和灭菌供应商与物流运输商的发票记录保持一致

8.) Proactively expedite, monitor and ensure timely delivery of goods to customer’s requirement and satisfaction – Send notification of release FG to customer followed by original copy to customer.

积极，主动地安排沟通出货进度，确保达到客户的要求并使客户满意– 产品发出后立即通知客户并随后寄出原件

10) Ensure all shipments are accurate to the customer request, packaged in appropriate containers and accompanied by all appropriate documentation.

确保所有的出货达到客户的要求，包括正确的出货文件和包装方式

11) Communicate and co-ordinate closely with customers and forwarders on execution of shipments.

全程紧密与客户和货运代理沟通并协调出货

12) To check with Transporter/Courier the shipment cost as and when required. And arrange dummy/samples delivery to sterilizer etc if required

需要时检查运输商/快递的运输成本费用。并安排试验品/样品的运输给灭菌供应商

13) For any damaged cartons, need to justify the responsible party and e-mail the charges to them followed by Credit note issuance to FMT.

货物破损时，确定责任单位并发出付款通知收回损失

14) Other ad hoc duties & projects where required.

完成公司其他安排的工作和任务

Job Requirement：

1) Bachelor above education. 大专以上学历

2) Good communication and Self-learning ability.

良好的沟通表达能力和自我学习能力

3) Good English ability in listening, speaking, reading and writing.

4) Familiar with the MS Office.(Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
