Job Description工作描述：
-Share the ownership of product design with other engineering groups such as Application Engineering (AE)，Product Engineering (PE)， .
与其它工程团队诸如AE工程师和产品工程师共同负担产品的开发责任
-Work with AE and PE to deliver professional methodology to accelerate the production of products accepted by customer.
与应用工程师以及产品工程师合作提供专业的方法，对于客户已认可的产品，加速进入量产
-Individually or lead a group of designers to completely meet customer requirement with respect to design quality and on time delivery
在设计质量与交货期方面, 凭借个人或带领一给设计团队，完全满足客户需求
-Create Design Layout and 3D drawings for AE or PE according to customer requirements and company’s internal Design Standard
根据应用工程部门或产品工程部门的要求与公司内部的设计标准，为客户创造设计布局图及3D设计图
-Check and sign-off design outputs as checker to ensure quality of the drawing according to design standard and special requirement
作为检察员，根据设计标准和客户特殊要求，检察并确认所有的设计图的质量
-According to Design Standard and TS16949, maintain bill of material and related documents
根据公司内部设计标准和TS16949以及ISO9000的要求，列明各种产品生产所需的零件清单、数量以及相关文件
-Always apply the principles of Design For Manufacturing, Design For Reliability and Design For Serviceability whenever possible in order to differentiate products from competitors
对于设计，坚持实施容易制造、结构牢靠、容易保养的原则，达到产品与同行竟争者有较大差别的结果。
-Generate patents from DE or with other engineering groups
单独地、或与其它工程师共同提出专利申请

Qualifications任职资格：
Education background教育背景
-Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical engineering or equivalent (Master Degree preferred)
本科或硕士学历以上， 机械工程或力学相关专业

Work experience：工作经验
-Three or more years work experience in turbocharger, diesel engine or auto power-train experience is a plus
三年以上在涡轮增压器、柴油发动机或汽车动力方面的设计研发经验

-Good presentation and customer communication skills, confident, logical, convincing and forceful

-Thoroughly understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerances (ASME Y14.5-1994)
完全了解和掌握几何计算和公差计算(ASME Y14.5-1994)
-In depth understanding of manufacturing processes both at the foundry and machining processes, including measurement analysis (GR&R) and capabilities studies (Cpk)
对制造流程以及铸造和机加工流程有很深的掌握了解，包含测量分析(GR&R)和过程控制方面的研究(Cpk)
-Able to handle crisis situations and takes initiative to evaluate and solve design problems for customer with design collaboration directly within internal/external customers and suppliers

-Able to apply Six-Sigma tools and methods to achieve robust, high-quality, reliable, cost effective designs and reduce cost of design-related defects. (Six-Sigma GB certificated is preferred.)
能应用6 –Sigma工具与方法去获得坚固的，高质量的，可靠性高的，最经济的设计并且降低设计缺陷而产生的成本
-Anticipates problems, recognizes and eliminates barriers to complete projects on customer due dates

-Excellent English in both writing and speaking is preferred

-Good command of Pro-E or similar CAD softwares-2D & 3D functions
