-Gauges, fixtures and measuring devices

-Special production devices with pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical actuators

-Design and manage the construction process of calibration parts, fixture and production-device
设计和管理校准零件，夹具和生产设备的建设过程
-Plant layout, process flow, process design
工厂布局、工艺流程，工艺设计
-Line balance, bottleneck elimination and cycle time reduction
生产线平衡，消除薄弱环节与减少周期时间
-SOS (Standard Operating Sheet) work out with the support of Manufacturing & Quality Department

Roles and Responsibilities 主要职责
-Mechanical system design to match the requirements of Quality, delivery time and cost from the production area
系统设计符合生产部分中质量，交货时间和成本要求
-Problem analyzing and solving for production machines
能分析并解决专用机床问题
-Manage multiple projects at the same time
能同时管理多个项目
-Suggestions for team building up and process improvements in the mechanical design team
能为机械设计团队建设和流程改进提供建议
-Study drawings and get to know the design theory and principle of a whole machine
研究图纸并了解整个机械的设计原理与原则
-Define and optimize parts manufacturing process
定义与优化零部件制造过程
-Define and optimize assembly process for special purpose machinery
定义与优化特殊用途机械的装配过程
-Set-up and try-out of complex machine systems including electronics, hydraulics, pneumatics and controls
设计与演示复杂机械系统包括电子，液压，启动和控制
-Provide technical guidance and be responsible for machine assemble process

-Familiar with hydraulic and pneumatic elements

Job relevant knowledge and experience 与职位相关知识与经验
-Knowledge in mechanical engineering with 2D and 3D CAD system ，Pro-e Plus

-Knowledge of engineering material, e.g.， Steel, hard metal and plastics, etc.
了解工程原料，如：钢铁，硬质合金与塑料等
-knowledge in pneumatics, hydraulics and electrical motors
了解启动，液压与电气电动知识
-managing of drawings, parts-list and CAD data
有管理图纸，零部件清单与CAD数据的经验
-Good knowledge of manufacturing process
