Job responsibilities工作职责
Check MRP purchase requirement weekly.检查MRP每周采购需求信息。
Create PO according to MRP requirement.根据MRP需求信息创建PO。
Create new item related to purchasing strategy.创建与采购战略相关的新项目。
According to the latest information from supplier, update price, lead time….of item master data.根据供应商处得来的最新信息，更新价格、交货期等信息。
Send PO to supplier and ask for confirmation.发送PO给供应商确认。
According to weekly master plan, check availability of material. In case material is pending to do good receipt from po, check with supplier and get material in advance.根据每周主计划检查是否有所需物料，如果物料仍处于待定状态，要做货物接受，与供应商联系取得所需物料。
According to the PO delivery schedule, trace them and update any modification in coming date of the goods.根据订单交货计划，跟踪货物的交付情况
Making incoming good receipt in system daily.每日在系统里记录到货情况。
Made appointment with supplier for discussion, analysis for any issue of controlling.与供应商会谈、分析任何控制适宜。
Follow up the non conformity procedure with quality control.与质量控制一起管理不合格物料。
Do non conformity record, stock transfer and goods return, contact with supplier of the quality issue, follow up it until the solution.记录不合格品，库存转换和物品退还，就质量事宜与供应商联络。
Create business partner code in sap system according to the application form.根据申请单在SAP系统里创建业务伙伴代码。
Manage the business partner, update it according to latest data, insure the correctness of the information.管理业务伙伴信息，更新相关数据，确保数据的准确性。

Job Qualification任职资格：

Bachelors degree or above, 本科或以上学历,
Good negotiation skills.良好的谈判技巧。
Familiar with ERP system.熟悉ERP系统。
Able to manage multiple assignments concurrently.能够同时管理多项工作任务。
Proactive, affinity, patient, careful, reliable, teamwork spirit, able to work under pressure, adaptability to changing environment.主动、有亲和力、有耐心、仔细、可靠、团队合作精神、能在压力下工作、适应环境能力强。
Good English in speaking, writing, listening and reading.良好的英语听说读写能力。
Proficient in using common office software. 熟练使用日常办公软件。
Overtime is needed in case necessary必要时需要加班

Himoninsa (Changzhou) is a wholly owned company invested by Himoninsa group in 2004. It is located in Jiangsu Wujing High and New District. The whole occupied area is 60k square meters. The building occupied area is about 30k square meters. The total investment is about 20 million USD. We will follow Himoninsa's global culture to provide the generators in advanced technology and excellent quality.

In March 2009, we set up the sales office in Shanghai. The address is Huawen International Building, No. 999 Zhongshan West Road.
In March 2010, we set up the sales office in Beijing. The address is Jiatai International building, No 41 Sihuan Road, Chaoyang district.
