岗位描述/Job Description:
1) 按检验指导书、图纸或相关标准，做好现场检验工作并准确填写质量记录；
According to inspection instruction, drawings or related standard, implement the on-site inspection and accurately fill in the quality records;
2) 检查并监督操作工按照检验指导书、图纸或相关标准实施产品质量控制；
Check and monitor the operators in accordance with the relevant inspection instructions, drawings or standard implementation of product quality control;
3)督促操作人员按要求执行现场工艺文件并做好记录；
Monitor the operators perform on-site process documents according to the requirement and make records;
4) 收集、整理现场质量信息并进行汇总；

5) 及时传递质量信息并对质量问题的整改措施的结果进行跟踪；

6) 监督检验后产品的标识和隔离工作；

7) 做好自用的量检具的保养工作，并监督现场量检具的使用、保养及维护；

岗位要求/Job Requirement:
1) 机械或相关专业中专或高中以上学历
Scondary school or high school or above, major in mechanical or related
2) 2年以上相关经验
More than 2 years related working experience
3)了解ISO9001或TS16949标准
Familiar with ISO9001 or TS16949 quality system standard
4) 熟练使用各种量具,会Faro Arm 优先
Skillfully use all kinds of measuring tools， Prior to Faro Arm
5) 看懂各种机械图
Can read mechanical drawings.
6) 熟悉尺寸公差与配合及测量方法
Familiar with measurement of size tolerance and measuring method.
