Key Objectives/Principal Accountabilities:
? Job Purpose/key objective To establish and implement QA/QC system and lead the QA/QC team to ensure the successful running of quality management system, and contribute to the development of Quality Policy and achievement of the company's objective.
? Miscellaneous function:
- Contribute to development of Quality policy.
- Liaise with certification body and relevant government offices related to quality management.
- Monitor the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions.

Functional Responsibilities/Network:
? Understand and ensure all activities in compliance with the Corporate HSE&S policy, related Standards and Guidance Notes.
? Understand and ensure all activities fully in compliance with the legislatives applicable to our site and know the access to get latest updated one.
? Familiar with site QHSE procedures/work instructions and ensure all process and activities in full compliance with them.
? Be an active participant in the company's initiatives to improve its QHSE Management Systems
? Quality assurance management:
- As a management representative of Quality management System
- Implement and maintain Quality management System.
- Supervise the successful running of Quality management System.
- Propose quality objectives for the whole company as well as all departments covered by quality systems of the company and monitor their performance.
? Quality check management:
- Lead QC team;
- Establish QC department KPI and manage to achieve it.
- Train and coach QC staff be competent to his role.
- To provide initial investigation for all quality related complaint and root cause analysis for final investigation.
- To establish and maintain SOP for QC department where appropriate to meet the requirement of ISO, TS16949, CCC, RoHS, HSF and QC 080000.
- To manage IQC of RM.
- To manage calibration of lab equipment.
- Ensure QC lab in safety.
? Internal or external audit:
- Supervise the internal audit.
- Responsible for all audits from the third party. (Include ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001, ISO/TS16949, government audit, etc.)
- Responsible for customer survey.
- Implement quality and environment audit for key suppliers. Requirements:
Educational/Professional Qualifications and Experience:
? Minimum Bachelor degree
? At least 5 years QA/QC management experience in production plant; chemical plant or similar
? Very good communication and presentation skill
? Good leadership and collaboration skill
? Result Orientation & Customer Focus
? Team Player
? Problem solving skills
? ISO9001 leader auditor qualification.(Optional)
? ISO14001 leader auditor qualification.(Optional)
? OHSAS18001 leader auditor qualification.(Optional)
? TS16949 auditor qualification.(Optional)
? Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skill.
? Good skill in PC including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
