Responsibilities:
主要目标和职责
？Establish HSE related procedures/instructions in line with AN standards.
按照阿克苏诺贝尔的标准，建立安全，健康和环保相关的程序和作业指导书。
？Conduct new employee and contractor HSE orientation training & other internal HSE training.
负责新员工以及承包商的入厂级HSE培训以及其他内部HSE培训。
？Identify and collect legal and other HSE requirements to make compliance analysis.
识别并收集有关HSE的法律法规，进行符合性评价。
？Coordinate security guards and related security issues.
管理公司保安以及相关的安保事宜。
？Organize emergency response drill and make corrective actions.
组织应急演练并制定纠正措施。
？Responsible for collecting and monitoring related KPI periodically.
负责定期收集和监控关键绩效指标。
？Follow up the occupational heath surveillance results with HR.
与HR一起，跟踪职业健康体检结果。
？Handle waste treatment as well as other environmental issues.
处理废弃物以及其他的环保问题。
？Understand and ensure all activities in compliance with the Corporate HSE&S policy, related Standards and Guidance Notes.
理解并确保工作符合总部的HSE&S方针，标准和指导意见。
？Understand and ensure all activities fully in compliance with the legislatives applicable to our site and know the access to get latest updated one.
理解并确保工作完全符合适用的法律法规并知晓如何获取。
？Familiar with site QHSE procedures/work instructions and ensure all process and activities in full compliance with them.
掌握公司的QHSE程序，作业指导书，并且确保所有流程和工作完全符合。
？Be an active participant in the company's initiatives to improve its QHSE Management Systems
积极参加公司的倡议并完善其QHSE管理体系。

Job Context (Nature & Scope of the Business) 工作背景
？Maintain HSE&S management system to meet government and corporate requirements.
维护HSE&S的管理体系满足政府以及总部的要求。
？Implement HSE&S programs to improve HSE&S performance and meet HSE objectives.
 执行HSE&S 项目提高HSE&S业绩以及达成目标。
？Support to ensure that HSE&S is an integrated part of the daily work.
支持并确保HSE&S是日常工作内容之一。

Requirements:
工作要求（能够执行工作的教育或经验）
？College degree or above, preferring chemical/safety /environmental education background.
大专以上学历，化工、安全，环保专业优先。
？At least 5 years working experience on HSE role in MNC.
5年以上外资企业的安全，健康和环保工作经验。
？Familiar with ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001& safety standardization.
熟悉ISO 14001，OHSAS 18001以及安全标准化。
？Good understanding of China legislation including GB code.
熟练掌握中国的法律法规以及国家标准。
？Good English conversation and written skills.
良好的英语口语以及书写英语技能。
？Good communication skills with others.
良好的沟通技能。
？Certified safety engineer is preferred.
