Responsibilities:
工作职责
？Work closely with HSE department to ensure compliance to State and Local legislation related & Ensure compliance to (Sub)BU directives and policies and standard with regard to.
？Responsible RPM pre-batching to support production, and raw material receipt including bulk material unloading.
？Maintain accurate goods information in SAP such as location, quantity and batch no.
？Monitor inventory levels and carry out cycle counts.
？To ensure 100% accuracy of all stock (Physical stock with SAP stock) in warehouse.
？Lead, train and motivate the subordinate to achieve the department targets and the morale of the staff.
？Establish procedure like SOP,WI and warehouse layout.
？Employee performance assessment.
？Be responsible for maintaining and improvement of the W/H HSE ,5S.
？与HSE部门紧密合作,确保符合国家和地方相关法规,确保遵循公司的相关政策和标准
？负责原料和储罐料收货,为生产备料工作
？负责在SAP系统中维护正确的物料信息并操作,监控库存并执行盘点工作,确保帐物相符
？领导和激励下属完成部门目标,完成员工绩效评估和培训
？创建部门操作程序,合理规划仓库
？带领和执行持续改善活动去提升仓库的5S,操作和安全,环保,健康
Requirements:
岗位需求
？Diploma in Science or Chemistry Process or related field.
？At least 3 year experience in warehouse operation fields, dangerous goods handling (warehouse and transportation) will be preferred.
？A good knowledge of the chemical industry conditions would be a strong advantage.
？Ability to communicate with various levels effectively within the organization.
？Good knowledge and skill of using SAP in logistics management.
？Good knowledge in tank farm and unloading tanker.
？Good command of both spoken and written English is preferred.
？PC Skills (Microsoft - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
？化工或物流相关专业
？3年以上的仓库和罐区操作经验,最好具备危险品操作经验
？化工厂工作经验
？良好的沟通技能
？SAP尤其是 WM模块操作经验
？良好的英语和办公软件操作能力
