Responsibilities:
Key Objectives/Principal Accountabilities 主要工作职责
？Consolidate monthly sales forecasts, demand plan and translate it to weekly/monthly supply plan. Develop and manage supply and inventory (RM & SFG) plan that in line with S&OP and department KPIs
收集月度销售预测数据或需求计划，制定月、周供应计划。管理控制供应和库存计划从而达到完成S&OP和部门KPIs的目的。
？Liaise with sales, marketing, product management team and resolve logistical matters along supply chain. Coordinate product relocation, new products launch support or discontinuations .
与销售、市场、生产管理保持的良好沟通，解决物流和供应链方面的问题。负责协调产品迁移、支持新产品上市或下线的工作。
？Administer backorder by monitoring, tracking actual production delivery date against planned and carry out rescheduling when it's necessary
监督并跟踪实际逾期交货的实际日期，执行新制定的交货时间。
？Responsible to maintain the accuracy and validity of planning key parameters in SAP system
负责维护SAP中计划参数，确保其准确性。
？Responsible for issuance of production and ensure its validity in SAP system
负责打印生产单，确保SAP系统中生产单的有效性。
？Facilitate Multi-Discipline Team meeting. De-bottleneck supply chain capacity matters
组织会议。解决供应链方面的问题。
？Coordinate with purchasing and logistic on materials supply timeliness, Manage reworking of SLOB FM and FG
 与采购、物流协调原材料供应的及时性，负责管理滞销、淘汰库存的再利用事项。
？Ensure all processes comply with Akzo Nobel code of conduct, HSES policies, SOP and quality management system ie ISO 9001, 14000, 18000 etc to achieve the required quality standard and operational excellences
确保所有工作流程都与公司行为准则，EHS政策和质量管理系统保持一致，以达到符合相关的质量标准。

Requirements:
Requirements for Job
？Bachelor degree holder in SCM, logistics or Business Administration
本科以上学历，供应链管理、物流、工商管理专业优先。
？Minimum 3 years experience in supply chain, inventory control & planning in manufacturing environment, preferably in coating industry
三年以上在供应链、库存控制和生产计划方面工作经验，涂料行业尤佳。
？Good understanding in ERP, familiar with SAP system is added advantage
熟练掌握ERP系统，熟悉SAP系统。
？Initiative, self-motivation, proficient in number and a good team player
工作主动，积极，对数字敏感，有良好的团队合作精神
？Good command of English, communication skills and able to interact with people at all levels
良好的英语听说读写能力，善于沟通。
？Good PC Skills (Microsoft - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
熟练掌握各项办公软件的运用
