Job Title: Senior Application and R&D Engineer

Basic Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above on Chemical related major;
2. Good oral and written communication skills--internally and externally with customers (professional English must be good!);
3. Above 5 years work experience on chemistry engineering, material scientist or process technology, have profound knowledge of chemistry;
4. Has the curiosity, interested in research, especially in developing materials and flexible laminates for mainly electrical insulation;
5. Able to analyze and collate information, able to manage workload and meet deadlines, good organizational skills;
6. Cooperative, able to work as a part of a team-work with other departments;
7. Willingness to travel.

Main Responsibility:

• New products developing:

New ideas for products, concepts for products on given application targets and development of those

(means material testing, definition of adequate combinations, lab work, sample production).

• New products application test:

Tests of these products on application adequacy, recommend new products or services.

• Trial production of new products and cost control:

Transfer of new products into production, keep an eye on costs.

• Technical support in sales:

Support of sales regarding new products and application of those, deal with relevant

quality complaint from customers and do some analyzing feedback accordingly.

• Monitor in research area:

Monitor any developments in the research area and work out how these may affect the organization.
