Responsibilities:

- Leading a project management and product engineering team for healthcare cables, cable harnesses and systems

- Development and design of healthcare cables and harnesses in close cooperation with sales & customers

- Design to Cost (DTC) measures for serial parts together with related departments

- Project related collaboration in an international product management and innovation team

- Responsible for the technical documentation and release process for new products

- Support of quality claim processing

- Direction of technical customer support

- First technical contact for the healthcare locations in Europe

Requirements:

- Industrial engineering studies or educational background with technical focus

- Several years of experience in engineering or product management, ideally in the cable and cable assembly technology or healthcare equipment manufacturing

- High customer and market orientation

- Communication strength and negotiation skills

- Ability to work in intercultural structures cooperatively and interactively

- High willingness to travel

- Fluent Chinese and English required, German of additional advantage

- Very good IT knowledge (MS Office)
