Responsibilities:

- Plan, direct, or coordinate activities in products engineering, process engineering, project engineering, assisting company to reach target and following company strategy.

- As part of the management team, coordinate the cooperation of the engineering department with other departments.

- Discuss product specifications and procedures with other departments.

- Coordinate and direct projects.

- Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of products.

- Support production with engineering and process know-how.

- Direct, review, and approve product design and changes.

- Develop and implement policies, standards and procedures for the engineering and technical work performed in the department.

- Recruit employees; assign, direct and evaluate their work; and oversee engineering staff competence.

- Set scientific and technical goals within broad outlines provided by top management.

- Be interface to Engineering in Germany.

Requirements:

- Above bachleor, majored in engineering or science; MBA is preferred.

- Good command of written and oral English.

- Experienced in new project management.

- Experienced in working in enginneering managemant for above 5 years.

- Preferable in engineering work experience in the area of cable or cable assembly manufacturer.

- Strong mind set, focused on engineering systems and the proper execution on all levels of the organization

- Maintaining Engineering system competence on site, used to work with written standards and commitments

- Acting as supporter to production and marketing, Actively develops his subordinates to support performance

- Open communication on all levels in the company.

- Team builder and networker in an intercultural company.
