Job Title : Production manager:

· Reporting to Operations Director and in parallel to Warehousing management, Quality management, Purchasing management

· Responsibilities:

o Organize the production departments of the factory (4 departments) to meet production plan, and shipment plan.

o Set and control the production system and procedures

o Responsible for efficiency in production department by improving the production team performance

o Provide weekly and monthly production report to top management of the company

· Qualifications:

o 3-5 years’ experience in managing production of modern factory in metal processing/ finished goods (appliances) area.

o University graduate in engineering (mechanical) or Industrial Management Engineering.

o Over 30 years old

o Living in Changzhou area.

o Capable of reading and writing in English.

o Experience with working under ERP system

o High technical skills and understandings.

· Personal requirements:

o Self - motivated and energetic person with leadership abilities

o Honest, loyal direct and open

o Stable can commit to the factory for at least 3-5 years.

· Conditions:

o 3 months’ probation period

o 13 salary bonus every year.

o Additional annual bonus according reaching different operations targets for the production department’s achievements
