职位描述
1.组织研究光伏行业最新产品的技术发展方向
2.主持制定并执行技术发展战略规划
3.管理公司的光伏业务的核心技术
4.组织制定和实施重大技术决策和技术方案
5.主持新产品项目所需的设备选型、试制、改进以及生产线布局等工作
6.组织落实、监督调控生产过程各项工艺、质量、设备、成本、产量指标等
7.指导、审核项目总体技术方案，对各项目进行技术评估
8.参与商务谈判，代表公司技术力量解决技术问题

任职条件
1.本科及以上学历，应用物理、材料或机械等相关专业
2.具有4年以上光伏行业技术管理工作经验
3.精通太阳能光伏行业技术路线、工艺流程相关专业技术及质量标准
4.熟悉企业生产工艺、设备、能源动力设备等运行情况
5.有扎实的理论基础和技术工作经验
6.良好的英文基础
7.有很强的判断、决策、计划与执行能力
8.有良好的沟通、协调、组织和团队建设能力
9.高度的工作热情，良好的职业道德
