职位描述:
General Purpose
To plan, organize and implement an appropriate instructional program in a English learning environment that guides and encourages students to develop and fulfill their English learning potential.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
Plan, prepare and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences
Develop schemes of work and lesson plans
Prepare classroom for class activities
Observe and evaluate student's performance and development
Provide appropriate feedback on work
Encourage and monitor the progress of individual students
Maintain accurate and complete records of students' progress and development in MIS
Participate in extracurricular activities

Education and Experience
Bachelors degree or above (English or relevant major preferred)
TEM-8 Certificate or IELTS score band 7 and up
1-2 years relevant teaching experience is preferred

职位目标：
为学生营造良好英语学习环境，为学生制定个性化的学习计划，实际指导学生的具体英语学习。

职责内容：
1.管理学员，包括学员学习情况跟踪、测验和考试等相关事宜
2.负责学校实验室的值班工作,维持Lab里学员的学习秩序,并解答学员提出的相关问题
3.协助校方管理，包括学员的安置及记录考勤
4.协助处理学员投诉事宜，及时反馈学员意见
5.MIS系统学员数据维护与更新
6.教授英语课程，授课计划和准备
7.执行学校安排的其他相关工作
8.参加包括课外活动在内的学校社会活动
9.参加学校组织的推广和营销及活动
10.参加需要出席的预定会议

职位要求：
1.英语专业本科及以上学历
2.拥有专业英语八级证书或雅思考试成绩达到7分或以上
3.良好的中英文沟通能力
4.责任心强，有耐心，积极，热情
5.两年教学经历优先考虑
