职位描述：
1.Overall manage production and process engineering team for foundry process(Die Casting, Sand Casting, Gravity Casting) to fulfill the required targets.
2.Be responsible for the efficiency, quality, cost and safety of the foundry production to meet the company’s target. Communicate with cross functions(EHS, Quality…) and ensure lines work smoothly and safe.
3.Conduct related incentive program; work out the training plan for the employees and implement it. Develop the core team member and performance management.
4.Monitor and implement the standardize management for the foundry production, make sure the manufacturing capacity meet the requirement of the production.
5.Optimize equipment/tooling and fixture application in the foundry process to upgrade the manufacturing ability, improve the first pass yield.
6.Follow up the new product launch plan, ensure pilot run and mass production of the new product smoothly and then meet the requirement of R&D, marketing and secondary process of machining, assembly.
7.Focus on the continuous improvement of the manufacturing process, find and raise the improvement projects of foundry process and support TPM for equipment/tooling management.
8.Preferable with working experience in ‘ LEAN manufacturing’ planning and implement.

1. Education: Bachelor degree in mechanical or industrial engineering, or other related discipline.
2. Experience: 8+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a workshop.
3. Requirements: With LEAN concepts and initiates improve efficiency and reduce costs.
4.Good communication skill and teamwork.
5.Must be fluent in both Mandarin and English languages
6.Good computer skills, Auto CAD software is plus.
