Job Responsibities:
1. Leads problem solving functions within production and engineering of China plants;
2. Accountable for production and engineering related trouble shooting function;
3. Supports China plants production and engineering any time / any where as requested;
4. Works with plant level operations, engineering, technical, facility, tooling, etc;
5. Responsible for new process, new material and new product introduction;
6. Clearly define manufacturing process flow, process parameters;
7. Manage day to day production support and problem solving;
8. Propose operational investments budget for new project or production line optimization;
9. Propose solution to reduce production scrap and quality claim;
10.Recruitment, management, motivation & development of employees.

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, engineering is preferred;
2. 8 years experience in the Plastic Injection Moulding or stamping range, more than 3 years experience in multi-international company with strong engineering supervisor and above experience;
3. Strong leadership and ability to lead by example;With management skill, initiative and able to drive change;
4. Good team player and good problem solving skill;
5. With good English written and spoken skills.
