Job responsibilities (main tasks) / 工作职责：

Responsible for handling global and local by-pack parts.

Further assignment as per dept. need. (probably planning/purchasing)

Key responsibilities as:

- Make clear record according to machine speed from sales

- Maintain the value in sales order

- Draw up the proposal according to the machine configuration in Speed

- Following the confirmation from customer

- Load the proposal to SAP SD order

- Follow up with sales assistant

- Stock check and reservation change

- Arrange the delivery and follow the received confirmation from customer

- Other tasks assigned by supervisor/dept.

Job qualifications/任职条件：

- Bachelor degree in Logistics or related major

- Work experience in the field of logistics, and order follow-up.

- International enterprise background

- Very good understanding about logistic concepts and processes

? Analytical thinking, pay attention to details

- SAP skills

- Fluency of oral and written in English is better

- Good communication skills
