Due to our rapid expansion we are currently looking for:

Maintenance Engineer Sheet Metal

The Role: Responsible for machine repairing and maintenance all the machine and equipment for SMMII

The Clients:

Our clients are mainly the spinning mills in China.

Duties and Responsibilities:.

· Implement and coordinate maintenance work in SMM II;

· Develop and Implement TPM for all machines and equipments to ensure minimum downtime of machines;

· Spare parts management

· Analyze failure rate of machine and take improvable or corrective actions;

· Analyze machines, provide fault report of key machines and monthly report of Manufacturing

• Lead new equipment/machine/production line project regarding location, installation, debugging, final check and acceptance
• Develop junior maintenance engineer’s functional knowledge, ability and skills
• Communicate with external people (e.g. machine supplier, spare parts supplier, external maintenance service…) to keep maintenance works running smoothly.
• 24 hours standby for urgent maintenance case.
• Support in optimizing process layout;

Qualification:

The Ideal candidate is likely to have the following competences:

· Electrical and Mechanical bachelor;

· More than 2 years work experience in sheet metal industry company as maintenance engineer for machines and equipments;

· TPM or PM

· Good English (listen, oral, write);

· Office, CAD, Lotus notes

· More than 28 ages

· Carefulness and Open

Others:

The Ideal candidate should have the ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team

· Full training will be given on our specialist products.
