Main Responsibilities:
1 to understand clients recruiting needs & providing professional recruiting services accordingly;
2 responsible for project process & quality;
3 responsible for researcher on-job coaching & daily activity monitor;
4 maintaining existing clients & developing new clients;
5 lead contract negotiation.

Key requirements:
1 bachelor degree or above;
2 at least 3 yrs headhunting /hr experiences with manufacturing industry knowledge;
3 excellent communication & interview skills;
4 result-oriented, team spirit, a fast learner.
