Manager DRAGON + SRLC Projects

Responsibilities:

? Represents the owner on the construction site in Changzhou and communicates construction related issues with EPCm contractor, LEA organization, the ChemPark and all Outside Battery Limit Supplier.
? Takes care about all temporary facilities, cleanliness’ of and accessibility to the Changzhou Site
? Coordinates and follows up construction activities on Changzhou site on behalf of owner and ensures the construction progress on site according to the confirmed time schedule
? Reviews, acknowledge and challenges the construction and site execution procedure of the EPCm contractor.
? Confirms general procedures and policy statements concerning construction and commissioning of subcontractors. The end responsibility remains with the EPCm contractor
? Supports and coordinates with the Business Unit on construction, commissioning and start up issues.
? Contributes to project proposals and reviews to ensure correct propagation and preservation of Lanxess knowledge. Ensures that Lanxess experts are involved if required.
? Ensures that all contractual and legislative procedures and policies concerning construction are rigorously applied.
? Takes part in ensuring the appropriate Quality & Health, Safety & Environmental protection on the construction site
? Takes care about the resources, time schedule, challenges and tasks on construction site and reports to and discusses with the Project Director and the Project Managers.
? Manages owner's construction personnel on Changzhou Site and interfaces with the site engineering team of the EPCm contractor
? Takes care of appropriate project control and reporting.
? Confirms construction progress of and all payments to subcontractors including the acceptance / rejection of field changes
? Supports the bidding process from project development and pre-qualification to presentation, incl. project implementation offer, successful negotiation and contracting


Requirements:

- Graduate level Engineering
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in construction management of which minimum 5 years in China
- Fluent in English and Chinese
- Leadership qualities, decisive, determined
- High degree of commitment and ability to work under pressure

2012年9月，朗盛三元乙丙橡胶（EPDM）工厂破土动工。该工厂总投资2.96亿美金，是迄今为止朗盛在中国最大的单项投资。该工厂设计年产能高达16万吨,计划将于2015年投产。

新工厂将会生产优质级的三元乙丙橡胶（EPDM）来满足亚洲市场消费者的不同需求。朗盛三元乙丙橡胶（EPDM）将以Keltan品牌在市场上销售。
