工 作 职 责
1、负责编制部门品质计划，新产品开发品质的推进。
2、负责公司全面质量管理工作（包括检测设备操作规程的审核、检验规范的审核等）。
3、负责公司产品可追溯性的要求。
4、负责计量器具的申购，开展内外部校验，确保量具合格，报废的审批。
5、负责对各类品质报表数据的真实性、准确性进行审核及归档管理。
6、负责召开各种品质会议，协调各部门处理品质异常问题。
7、负责组织各相关人员针对不良项目进行原因分析，重点改善并制定有效改善措施及跟进改善效果。
8、负责客户投诉退货品的改进工作。
9、负责督导并评审工艺改进项目。（例如：具有防范措施的工装等）。
10、负责组织原材料的试验，确保实施的正确性。
11、负责组织供应商质量评估和供方质量体系推进。
12、负责对公司所有人员进行品质管理知识培训，提升全员品质意识。
13、负责对下属进行绩效考核，监督、检查、评估、沟通、改进，增强团队精神，提高产品质量。
14、对供应商来料进行严格的检验控制不合格品
岗 位 任 职 要 求
1、年龄28岁以上，最低学历大专或经培训合格。
2、工作技能及经验：5年以上机加工质量管理工作经验能熟练使用各种机加工量具。
3、能使用QC七大工具，能对重大质量问题作8D报告的能力。
4、能有效的处理顾客反馈的问题，达到客户满意的能力。
5、熟悉ISO9001-2008体系知识，有内审员工作经验，可以组织内审工作。
6、有很好的组织和应变能力，有效的协调好部门内部及部门间的问题。
