岗位描述：
质量管理体系
1. 参与对ISO管理体系的建立进行策划，编制ISO项目策划书和工作推行计划
2. 参加编写ISO管理体系文件（质量手册、程序文件、作业指导书等）
3. 负责ISO各类型的培训计划的具体实施
4. 负责管理体系文件的修改、报批、发放记录
5. 负责对ISO管理体系文件的使用进行检查和监督
6. 在内审组长安排下，负责编制内审检查表，报内审组长审核
7. 负责实施内部审核计划，编制内审不合格报告
8. 负责按要求准备管理评审相关文件和资料
9. 负责ISO管理体系运行的日常检查和监督，及时处理发现的有关问题
10. 负责体系运行中所有不合格项纠正和预防措施实施的跟踪和验证
11. MEA数据的收集及改善措施的追踪
12. 体系相关的文件的控制和管理
13. 翻译质量管理手册并实施质量手册

职业环境安全健康保护
1. 为公司和其他与职业环境安全健康防护相关的事宜提供顾问服务
2. 通过对现场进行定期检查并书写错误报告而对职业安全进行监测
3. 在开始使用生产机器/设备前，根据紧急预防指南，基于安全和技术的基础上核实最适合的工作程序
4. 采取措施避免和防止安全隐患和致力于消除隐患
5. 根据工作地点简历和完善危害因素分析
6. 组织、监控、评估对有害物质的管理 ， 以及登记有害物质
7. 组织和评价对有害物质、噪音、光等的测量，支持采购合适的测量装置
8.对安全措施的实施和评估效率的实施进行期限控制
9. 工作事故：记录和分析安全保障措施，以避免未来发生事故/报告事故事件
10. 让所有员工了解设施信息以及预防危险的措施
11. 准备信息展示和EHS主题活动
12. 根据中国的法律，向人事部门提供需进行医疗检查的信息，以确保职业健康安全
13. 负责流程标准、作业指导和工作流程说明书的编写
14. 有权建议公司安全授权人
15. 负责选择性地参加培训
16. 结合职业健康安全改善建议的评价进行工作
17. 为职业环境健康安全提供培训材料和培训
18. 通过参与先进的培训从而保持专家的知识和能力
19. 对司法机构的规章规定等进行过滤，对相关制度需进行的必要措施进行评估
20. 根据规章制度对各区域职业环境健康提供必要的指示以预防事故的发生
21. 根据中国政府的指定要求，对环境和职业健康安全书写必要的系统报告
Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree above
2. CET-6, good reading and writing ability
3. ISO9001/TS16949 Internal auditor qualification certificate
4. Occ. Health & Safety , in house environment auditor / Environmental management representative
5. German Language is nice to have.

Job Description:
Quality Management System
1. Involved the establishment of the ISO management system for planning, preparation of project planning books and work ISO implementation plan
2. Participate in compile of ISO management system documents (quality manual, procedures, works instructions, etc.)
3. Be responsible for ISO various training programs specific implementation
4. Be responsible for management system file modification, approval, payment records
5 Be responsible for the use of ISO management system documents for inspection and supervision
6 In the head of internal audit arrangements, is responsible for the preparation of audit checklists and report to audit team leader
7. Be responsible for implementation of the internal audit program, the preparation of unqualified audit reports
8. Be responsible for preparing the required documents and information related to the management review
9. Be responsible for ISO management system daily operation of inspection and supervision, timely processing of relevant issues identified
10. Be responsible for system operation in all nonconforming items corrective and preventive measures to implement the tracking and verification
11. MEA data collection and tracking improvement measures
12. Architecture-dependent files control and management
13. Translation of QM – Manual documents to Chinese and implement to Quality manual

Occ. Health & Safety and Environmental Protection
1. Consulting service for the Company and other responsibilities in connection with occ. H&S and emergency prevention
2. Monitoring performance of occ. Safety by means of site inspections on a regular basis and written reporting about deficiencies
3. Verification of operative facilities and working procedures on a safety – technical basis, in the scope of emergency prevention guidelines, before start of operation / production of machines / equipment
4. propositions of measures in order to avoid and prevent safety deficiencies and working towards deficiency elimination
5. development of concepts and support at performance of endangerment analysis at working location
6. organisation, monitoring, assessment and further development of hazardous substance management, as well as provision of a hazardous substance cadastral register
7. organisation, performance and assessment of measurements such as hazardous substances, noise, light etc and support in procurement of appropriate measuring devices
8. deadline control for implementation of safety measures and evaluation of efficiency of the taken measures
9. work accidents : recording and analysis / propositions of safety supporting measures, in order to avoid accidents in future / reporting accident events
10. information of all staff members about facilities and measures for danger prevention
11. performance of information presentations and activities on the subject EHS
12. provide information to HR which step need make the medical checkups to monitoring off occ. Health, also according to Chinese law
13. Cooperation in processing of guidelines, operating instructions, working and process instructions etc.
14. the right to make recommendations for company safety authorized persons
15. cooperation at selection of training participants
16. cooperation at the assessment of improvement suggestions, related to occ. Health & Safety
17. providing training material for occ. H&S training
18. continuance of expert knowledge and competence by means of participation in advanced training measures
19. assessment of legal directives and bodies of rules and regulations, evaluation on relevance and necessary measure of same
20. provision of necessary directives and bodies of rules and regulations in the scope of occ. H&S and accident prevention
21. special task from Chinese government tasks, fill in the necessary report system from environmental and occ. H&S
