Major Responsibilities:
主要职责：
Safety 安全方面
1. Make sure operators on all positions have received sufficient training in safety and operation skills before they are placed on their positions.确认所有各岗位的操作工在上岗前都得到充足的操作及安全方面的培训。
2. Conduct safety meetings and safety contacts regularly or as needed.根据需要定期召开安全会议，进行安全谈话；
3. Monitor possible unsafe workforce activities and eliminate safety hidden dangers timely to avoid loss time injuries.监督员工的不安全行为，及时消除安全隐患并避免发生损失工作时间的安全事件；
4. Investigate and report on all near misses and injuries and develop corresponding corrective action plans.及时对所有险兆和有伤害的安全事件进行调查，并向上汇报，并制定相应的纠正行动计划；
5. Conduct updating of Work Instructions and safety related documents timely.对操作作业指导书及安全方面的文档进行及时的更新；
6. Maintain showcase housekeeping.维护展览区的清洁卫生工作。
Production 生产方面
1. Develop reasonable production plan in his filed (Assembling & Shakeout); make sure all of raw materials, support toolings and tools are aviliable for the production activities to facilitate the smooth completion of the production plan. 制定本工序（合箱&落砂）合理的生产计划，并确认得到相应的原材料、辅助工装以及工具等以便生产计划可以顺利完成。
2. Pay attention to and consistently maximize the labor efficiencies of his crew.关注并努力不断提高团队的生产效率
3. Adjust workforce to staffing requirements.按照要求调整人员安排；
4. Maintain required production, payroll and other records.按要求维护生产、薪资及其他记录；
5. Establish and implement the development plan of his staffs as well as the award/penalty rules of the company. 制定并执行员工的发展计划以及公司的奖惩制度。
Quality 质量方面
1. Develop and audit quality control standards.建立质量控制标准，并进行审核；
2. Maintain and adhere to ISO standards, including but not limited to, the Quality Policy Statement as well as the Quality Control Procedures Manual.维护并遵守ISO标准，包括但不限于质量方针及质量控制程序手册等。
3. Guarantee his crewmembers will operate strictly following the Work Instructions of the positions and observe the process disciplines well. 确保操作工严格按照本工序的作业指导书操作，遵守工艺纪律。
Cost 成本方面
1. Operate efficiently to control direct labor and materials costs.高效运行，控制人工成本和材料成本；
2. Encourage cost reduction ideas.鼓励推行降低成本的思想
Employee Management 员工管理
1. Administer fairly, company and personnel policies.推行公正的公司政策和人事方面的政策；
2. Employ good human relations skills.拥有良好的人际关系技巧；
3. Select, train and motivate a competent workforce.能够选拔、培训、激励一支有能力的员工队伍；
4. Understand and apply terms of the labor agreement as needed.必要时能够理解并执行相关的劳动用工协议
Necessary Qualifications:资质要求
1. Comparatively strong communication ability in English;有较强的英语交流能力；
2. Bachelor degree in casting or other related majors; 本科铸造或相关专业；
3. 2 years or more management experience as an operation supervisor in molding line and shakeout .2年及以上的造型线及落砂区域生产主管的管理经验

项目钢结构主体已完成，办公楼主体建设已完工，内部装修完工，2014年4月设备安装完毕，5月开业生产。
