职位描述

I. POSITION PURPOSE:
The Dealer Central Manager will be responsible for leading a team of supply coordinators in order to receive process and distribute All AGCO products globally. This position will interact with numerous functions within the organization and across the regions. This positions duties will include:

? Manages import/export order process and the outbound supply chain of all AGCO products under its responsibility to AGCO customers worldwide in line with strict country rules.
? Manage an outbound supply team in China.
? Work closely with the local CIQ/Customs clearance external departments.
? Ensure optimum import supply chain of AGCO products from worldwide plants or non domestic suppliers.



II. MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITY:

? Lead and manage Dealer Central China
? Set operational budget for Dealer Central China
? Ensure that outbound supply chain - from order processing, invoicing to delivery - is in line with AGCO guidelines and procedures.
? Manage AGCO China yearly stock-take of finished goods
? Manage and control freight spend within scope of responsibility
? Ensure that all SAP transactions are carried out successfully and on time.
? Ensure AGCO projects related to order management/logistic are delivered
? Ensure that all orders are prioritized and produced in a timely manner

KEY MEASUREMENT:

? Achieve monthly/quarterly and yearly targets
? Financial Submissions
? Audited controls
? Minimize AGCO inventory write-off
? Freight spend
? Success on-time payment
? Success of project implementation SAP
? Customer satisfaction, supply to lead-time



III. FUNCTIONAL KNOWLEDGE:
? Managerial skills
? Good functional knowledge as department interacts with Manufacturing, Engineering, Sales & Marketing, Customers (Distributors & dealers), and Finance.
? AGCO’s Internal process and procedures (incl. Audit procedures)
? Export sales procedures (Inco terms, Practices of International Trade…)
? Transportation, customs and logistic skills
? Arbitration skills and good communication skills
? SAP System knowledge

Position requires an understanding of the business and AGCO cross functional teams. It also requires expertise in International trade together with a very good knowledge of logistic (manufacturing/transport).

V. LEADERSHIP/PEOPLE MANAGEMENT:

The job holder is responsible for managing, leading and developing a team of professional employees to achieve set targets by the corporation in order to deliver on-time to various plants for which he is responsible.

VI. PROBLEM SOLVING:
Job holder needs to be trained in problem solving tools (analysis of problems such as 5W, Pareto chart, Ishikawa…). Problems are solved through analysis methods and through communication/negotiations, both internally with all functions within AGCO (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Manufacturing, Engineering, IT) and externally with customers and suppliers. Communication is done face to face also by phone and e-mail.


VII. NATURE OF IMPACT
? Order management from processing to invoicing and delivery of AGCO products to our customers;
? Cash impact if AGCO products are not manufactured, invoiced and supplied, AGCO does not get a revenue;
? Making sure inventory is tracked – monthly/quarterly/yearly stock-take;
? Ensuring AGCO freight spend is minimized and AGCO is not over invoiced;

VIII. AREA OF IMPACT:
? Engineering, Manufacturing and Marketing – orders must be generated into finished goods and invoiced to generate revenue in line with Corporation targets;
? Sales – AGCO turnover
? Finance – if AGCO products are not manufactured and invoiced correctly.

IX. INTERPERSONAL SKILLS:

? Managerial and leadership skills;
? Strong negotiating/communication skills, written and verbal towards internal/external customers;
? Organized and rigorous;
? Open minded and able to influence both internal/external customers;
? Strong customer service skills

X. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
? Qualified by experience – 5 to 10 years minimum ideally in an international environment
? Master degree in International business/logistics
? Commercial knowledge of AGCO business in general
? Willing and able to travel
? Proficient English language skills (written and spoken) are a pre-requisite;
? Strong leadership skills with ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the business and in a cross functional organization
? Proven project management skills and experience in working across functions, multiple sites and cultures
? Strong quantitative, analytical and problem solving skills
? Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft office suite software including Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
? Experience with SAP is a is a pre-requisite
? University degree required; additional benefits with academic training in business, economics and/or engineering
