Job responsibilities工作职责

1、Set up Production Equipment Maintenance Instructions and Yearly Maintenance Plan. Identify the period of maintenance and the scope of maintenance required 制定生产设备维护作业指导书和年度维护计划，确认维护周期及需要维护的范围。
*Supervise and implement periodical equipment maintenance andkeep records. 监督执行设备定期维护保养工作，并做好记录。
*Repair equipments timely when they go wrong and keep records .及时对发生的机床设备故障进行维护检修，并做好维修记录。
Purchase spare parts for critical production equipments and keep security stock 对重要生产设备的零部件进行合理的库存采购，并安全存储。
2.、Be in charge of purchasing tools 负责公司工具的采购。
*Be in charge of distributing or storing production tools and keep records负责生产工具的发放与存储，并做好记录。

3、Identify the dangerous points for human security and hazardous points for human health. Look for solutions and take measurements识别工作中心区域那些对人身安全有危险或对人身健康有危害的地方，寻求并实施有效的解决办法。
?Safety production standardization and cooperate with relevant departments to audit安全生产标准化申报以及配合相关部门审核.
?Communicate and implement related notice from government or security departments.传达并执行政府或安全部门相关通知

Job Qualification任职资格
1、At least college degree majored in mechanical engineering
机械类，大专及以上学历。
2、At least 5 years experience in a managerial position of equipment maintenance management，
从事设备维护管理5年以上；
Experience in maintaining numerical control equipment for sheet metal machining必须有钣金加工数控设备管理维护经验；
Experience in foreign invested company appreciated有外企工作经验；
Certificate in work safety management有安全生产管理从业证书。
3、Be familiar with sheet metal numerical control machining equipment: familiar with the theory of fluid drive and PLC control of numerical machine tools熟悉钣金数控加工设备：熟悉机床的液压传动原理，数控机床的PLC控制原理
Accepted training in work safety management and obtained the certificate；接受过政府主管部门的安全生产管理培训，并取得上岗证书
4.、Adaptability to various environment and be able to work under pressure
能适应在各种环境和压力下保持良好的工作态度和敬业精神。
5、Basic English skills in reading, speaking, listening and writing.有基本的英文交流和读写能力
6、Adaptability to regular overtime in general holidays，能适应经常性的公休日加班。

The building occupied area is about 30k square meters. The total investment is about 20 million USD. We will follow Himoninsa's global culture to provide the generators in advanced technology and excellent quality.

In March 2009, we set up the sales office in Shanghai. The address is Huawen International Building, No. 999 Zhongshan West Road.
In March 2010, we set up the sales office in Beijing. The address is Jiatai International building, No 41 Sihuan Road, Chaoyang district.
