职位描述
招聘要求：
1.Graduate in Mechanical Engineering with 6-8 yrs of work experience.
2. Knowledge of Fluent English is must.
3. Should have experience in Supplier Quality Assurance system as well as Sourcing and supply chain management experience in Construction Equipment Manufacturing Company.
4. Must be knowledgeable on Part development activity like Supplier selection, Supplier Audit, Supplier approval, Improvement as per audit findings, part manufacturing process like casting, forging, machining parts , Inspection of each and every dimension during prototype development, Preparation of PPAP documents along with supplier and maintain.
5.Good understanding of PPAP process and quality tools like Process FMEA, Control Plan, Measurement System Analysis(MSA) and SPC, Drawings reading , Specification understanding
6. Post development ensure PPAP effectiveness by regular audits and part checking.
7.Capable to find out root cause of quality problem by visiting supplier and draw a CAPA and 8D along with supplier.
8. Ensure effective implementation of CAPA and 8D.
9. Monitor PPM targets, and improve it.
10.Preference will be given to those who have handled machined components made of steel bars, tubes, castings and forgings ,Valves, Fasteners Etc.
11.Knowledge of machining processes and other operations like milling, turning, grinding, burnishing, welding, plating, etc is essential.
12. Heat treatment knowledge is must.
13. Must have knowledge of local Chinese supplier base.
14. Ready to travel as per requirement , Visit supplier and conduct Audit, Joint Inspection before prototype dispatch.
