Responsibilities
- Guide the facilities OEE: development to become a useful analysis tool for downtime research and understanding. This information is used by the management team to direct capital and expense spending.
- Provide support and review guidance to capital and expense projects that will be undertaken in support of reliability, EHS, productivity and product development initiatives to insure they conform to standards that will be conducive to achieve high levels of equipment reliability.
- Reliability Assessment & implementation based on Novelis Global Standard
- Corresponding to Global Reliability Group regarding Reliability Centred Maintenance and to Global Energy Group regarding Energy Management
- Coordinating manufacturing construction, installation, testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications codes and requirements
- Ensure maintenance plan be prepared，monitored and completed. Review and report it on time
- Ensure PM system operation in order, and seek continual improvement for maintenance operation by the data collection and analyze
- Introduce new PM methodology to improve PM effectiveness
- Responsible of Engineering store management. Ensure spare parts or equipment under control reliably , store keeps in a good condition and related document in a good order
- Ensure spare parts in a minimum level and localized for saving. Supply good spare parts service for production
- Monitor spare parts inventory level and ensure inventory level match with safety stock requirement
- Ensure instruments calibration plan be prepared and completed in time, all instrument is calibrated following plan and the record is accurate and kept well
- Ensure calibration system fully compliant with local regulations and GSK quality requirements.
- As a leader to maintain fault instrument and investigate root cause, raise “Out of Calibration” report and evaluate the risk
- Seek for excellent practice to improve performance

Requirement
- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- 3+ years related working experience in MNC
- Superior customer service skills
- Excellent communication (oral and written) skills; ability to communicate with all levels in the organization; Excellent English language skills
- Personal traits should include the ability to utilize human relation skills to motivate, train, understand, and develop others to attain the objectives
- Desire to take initiative and develop a pro-active relationship with employees through follow-up, understanding their needs and fostering a collaborative relationship
- Ability to organize and prioritize workload; must be able to manage multiple tasks at once without sacrificing attention to detail
- Must be flexible and able to operate in a fast-paced and demanding environment
- Solid computer skills with software applications proficiency. Ability to learn new software programs quickly
- Must also possess leadership skills to direct, lead and develop other personnel to accomplish personal, plant and corporate objectives. Ability and desire to lead large capital and maintenance projects.
