Main responsibilities:
- Conduct production management, control production quality and cost, achieve production targets;
- Provide accurate production report timely to Plant Manager;
- Control on-the make inventory as well as inventory of raw material warehouse;
- Organize and implement performance evaluation;
- Assess, train and develop the shop floor operators and leaders
- Implement EHS value and other company policies and procedures
- Ensure a good working relationship with other functions
- Other work arranged by the Company

Requirement:
- Bachelor degree in Engineering
- Strong experience in metal rolling or heat treatment industry
- A high degree of initiative, self-motivation and willingness to take on new challenges is required.
- Superior customer service skills
- Excellent communication (oral and written) skills; ability to communicate with all levels in the organization; Excellent English language skills
- Personal traits should include the ability to utilize human relation skills to motivate, train, understand, and develop others to attain the objectives
- Desire to take initiative and develop a pro-active relationship with employees through follow-up, understanding their needs and fostering a collaborative relationship
- Ability to organize and prioritize workload; must be able to manage multiple tasks at once without sacrificing attention to detail
- Must be flexible and able to operate in a fast-paced and demanding environment
- Solid computer skills with software applications proficiency, including strong Microsoft Office skills. Ability to learn new software programs quickly
- Must also possess leadership skills to direct, lead and develop other personnel to accomplish personal, plant and corporate objectives.
