Responsibilities:
SUMMARY Lead Commercial China financial planning and analysis related to sales operational, associate in optimizing sales operations processes for commercial China, and monitor the key control points of Incontrol process, participate in the latest view cycles, in coordination with other functions in commercial China. Key role in fulfill the commercial business requirements.
Requirements:
1. Lead the regular management reporting cycles, be responsible for P&L, B/S, OCF review and analysis and functional cost reporting.
2. Develop and implement the dashboard and scorecard for KPIs of commercial business, provide the value-adding financial service as business partner in HFM and BW.
3. Manage and optimize the operating working capital for Commercial China including DSO and DIO management in coordination with the relevant business managers and Credit officer China.
4. Margin management by cross function works with both BSU and Commercial team.
5. Lead the team to draft latest view, annual planning and all ad hoc reporting, monitor and identify the gaps of Actual results vs LV, Plan, PY.
6. Associate in implementing and updating proper financial procedures for Commercial China on the area of sales operations including pricing, rebates and discounts and operating costs controls.
7. Associate commercial finance manager in internal audit, financial related policy revision and implementation.
8. Support the business investment cases (inputs, feasibility and payback), evaluate the Capital Expenditure request submit by commercial team.
9. Support the RD&I team in sites.
10.Work close with FOM team to make sure the finance results are properly booked.
11.Other jobs assigned by managers.
Additional Information:
1. Bachelors Degree in Accounting or finance management.
2. 3+ years of accounting experience with a minimum 1 years financial planning and analysis experience with sizable MNC's
3. Excellent communication and facilitation skills. Able to work across cultures and functions
4. Demonstrates ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
5. Detailed oriented, strong critical thinking and analytical skills
6. Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
7. Willing to learn, practice and grow to success
8. Self-initiated and be able to work independently
9. Advanced computer skills in spreadsheet, PPT and database program knowledge
10.Knowledge in Hyperion Financial Management (HFM)/ Hyperion Planning (HP)/ SAP/BW preferred
11.Fluency in both written & spoken English
